Role description:

Join our IT Digital Workplace team and gain hands-on experience shaping how Testo employees collaborate through Microsoft 365 - with a focus on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and access governance across our international organisation. This internship offers a structured learning path and the opportunity to work alongside global IT and business stakeholders while contributing directly to how we manage, secure, and evolve our digital workplace.

What can you expect?

Work on Microsoft 365 governance initiatives, contributing to:

  • Reviewing and optimizing existing SharePoint site structures, naming conventions, and information architecture
  • Implementing governance for Microsoft Teams environments — setting up lifecycle management, provisioning policies, and channel standards on top of what’s already in use
  • Auditing and refining permissions, access rights, and ownership across SharePoint and Teams to align with best practices
  • Support in the development and documentation of governance frameworks and policies
  • Monitoring and enforcing compliance with internal IT guidelines and Microsoft 365 best practices, focusing on tidying up and maintaining a clean, well-governed environment

Participate in:

  • Audits and reviews of SharePoint sites and Teams workspaces
  • Coordination with business units to align governance rules with day-to-day needs
  • Preparation of training materials and guidance for end users
  • Reporting on platform usage, access anomalies, and governance KPIs
  • Continuous improvement of digital workplace standards within an international IT environment

Your profile:

  • Recently graduated from a degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Interest in Microsoft 365, digital workplace technologies, and IT governance
  • First experience with SharePoint or Microsoft Teams (academic or personal projects welcome)
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with a genuine interest in keeping things organised
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and proactive - you take ownership of tasks and follow through
  • Good command of English (required); Portuguese is a plus
