Estágio Profissional - Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Role description:

Join our Human Resources team and play an active role in attracting and selecting talent that supports Testo Portugal’s growth and success.

This internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, providing exposure to real hiring processes, close collaboration with different departments, and a solid foundation in Talent Acquisition.

What can you expect?

Active participation in recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including:

  • Supporting the publication of job advertisements on different platforms
  • Screening CVs and applications according to role requirements
  • Scheduling and assisting in interviews (phone, online, and in-person)
  • Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Supporting onboarding activities for new hires
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and candidate records
  • Assisting in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics

Your profile:

  • Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar fields
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and develop
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (MS Office, recruitment platforms)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
  • Good communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
