Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for OEM Customers in Italy

Role description:
For our sales team in Italy, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) with a technical background and at least two years of sales experience in sales. As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer throughout all stages—from initial acquisition to ongoing development.
Your tasks:
- Acquisition of new customers.
- Negotiation of agreements and conditions with customers.
- Preparation and creation of quotations based on agreed conditions.
- Development of customer specific components in collaboration with the key account and colleagues from development.
- Support the customers in commercial and technical matters.
- Close cooperation with colleagues from sales, engineering, quality management, and administration to achieve optimal overall solutions.
- Close cooperation with partners and suppliers in Germany and abroad.
Your profile:

Degree in engineering or sales
- Experience in sales and Key Account management
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English; German is a plus
- Interest and basic understanding of sensor technology and electrical components
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or HoReCa sectors (preferred)
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
