Your tasks
Join our Quality Department and contribute to shaping smarter, more efficient workflows.
This internship offers hands-on experience in digital transformation and Quality Management, helping us improve document management systems and ensure compliance with international standards.
What can you expect?
- Work on digital process optimization projects, including: Maintaining and improving existing workflows for document management and approval processes; Monitoring and troubleshooting automated flows to ensure reliability and performance; Updating and refining SharePoint-based forms and document libraries; Collaborating with colleagues to gather requirements and translate them into digital solutions; Supporting implementation and maintenance of documentation aligned with ISO standards and legal compliance (e.g., environmental and health & safety).

Your profile
- Recently completed a university program (e.g., engineering, business, IT, or related fields).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in digital transformation, process optimization, and quality management.
- Basic understanding of ISO standards (or willingness to learn).
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Initiative, commitment, and confidence to work independently.
