Estágio Profissional - Electronics Hardware Development (m/f/d)

Role description:

As part of our R&D team, we are looking for a motivated Electronics Development Intern to join us and gain hands-on experience in hardware design and prototyping.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real projects, from concept to prototype, and learn modern tools and practices in electronics development.

What can you expect?

  • Participate in the full hardware development cycle – from concept to prototype.
  • Gain hands-on experience with: Circuit design and PCB layout using tools like Altium, KiCad, LTspice; Sensor board design (Temperature, Humidity, CO₂, VOC), BOM creation, and component sourcing; PCB layout best practices (EMC, routing, grounding), DFM, and design walkthroughs; Prototyping and assembly: soldering/rework, integrating sensors, Raspberry Pi, RGB LED panel, firmware flashing; Validation and debugging using oscilloscope, multimeter, thermal camera.
  • Structured onboarding, weekly tutor sessions, team presentations, and a final project presentation.

Your profile:

  • Background in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools (Altium, KiCad).
  • Interest in component selection, prototyping, and hardware testing.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment is a plus.
  • Initiative, commitment, teamwork, and good communication skills (including English).
  • Willingness to actively participate and learn.
