Managing Director Industrial Services (m/f/d) for our location in Italy

Your tasks

As experts in the field of calibration, qualification and test equipment management, we have more than 1,500 employees working for our customers in Europe. This makes us one of the most successful service providers in our sector in Europe. In order to further expand our growth course, we regularly enter new markets and, in this context, establish a new location in Italy, north of Milan.

You are looking for a new challenge where you are actively involved and you are also characterised by your customer-oriented manner and charismatic personality? Then we are looking for you!

• You will assume responsibility for our new location in Italy
• You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the teams, for example the laboratories and order processing, as well as independently taking on organisational tasks
• As the central point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for acquiring and supporting our customers from the ISO-certified and GMP-regulated industry and advising them on our full-service concept in the field of metrological services (calibration, qualification, validation) and test equipment management solutions
• You will coordinate international cooperation with our headquarters in Kirchzarten near Freiburg (Germany) and with the Italian site of our parent company Testo SpA in Milan
• Based on market observation, you develop market strategies and implement them with great enthusiasm 
• The expansion and development of sustainable and long-term partnerships with our customers complement your area of responsibility

Your profile

• You have an academic degree with a technical focus or commercial orientation in combination with a high technical affinity
• You know the normative requirements for calibration and test equipment management and are familiar with the GMP regulations of the pharmaceutical industry
• You have both technical and sales experience, ideally from a GMP-regulated environment
• You are also familiar with the requirements of our industrial customers, such as the automotive industry
• As a leader, you are an innovator and motivator and enthusiastically tackle the challenges of your working environment, you lend a hand and have a keen eye for realistic solutions
• You are characterised by your goal-oriented and cooperative management style as well as your high sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• You have business fluent language skills in Italian (written and spoken) and also very good language skills in German or English
• You have the necessary flexibility and willingness to travel
