Role description:
As a Quality Product Owner, you will drive quality at every stage of the product lifecycle – from concept to series production – by applying preventive quality methods, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and consistently advocating for customer needs.
What can you expect?

Advanced Product Quality Planning: Lead APQP activities across development projects, ensuring quality is considered from the earliest stages.

Preventive Quality Methods: Apply and facilitate FMEA, MSA, SPC, DoE, and DfR to anticipate and mitigate risks.

Process Evaluation & Improvement: Analyze and optimize product and process quality, ensuring robust validation and clear acceptance criteria.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, Purchasing, Production, and Product Management to align quality goals.

Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for user needs and translate them into measurable quality requirements and improvements.

Sampling & Compliance: Ensure sampling procedures meet PPAP/PPF standards as well as regulatory and customer expectations.

Quality Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on quality indicators, initiating corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Methodical Support: Guide teams in applying quality tools, standards, and best practices effectively.
Your profile:

Educational Requirements: Successfully completed technical degree or technical training

Work Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position and environment. 8D, FMEA, statistical analysis, and Design for Reliability (DfR). Lean Six Sigma training desirable. Solid knowledge in the field of testing method

Tech Skills: Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable.

Language Skills: Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills.
