Role description:
As a Quality Test Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing systematic tests within our development projects, directly contributing to the reliability and high quality of our products. You will leverage your experience in product development within a manufacturing environment to strengthen our Quality Management Team and drive continuous improvement.
What can you expect?

Requirements Analysis: Review requirements and specification documents to define acceptance criteria, derive relevant test scenarios and create corresponding test cases.

Test Management: Plan and manage environmental simulation testing to assess climatic, mechanical, and corrosive influences on products.

Test Execution: Create test specifications and perform hardware and software tests throughout the development cycle.

Quality Assurance in Lifecycle: Ensure effective quality maintenance and improvement during product changes across the lifecycle.

Goal Achievement: Deliver on product quality objectives in line with schedule and compliance requirements.

Process Improvement: Introduce new and improved methods for error prevention in product development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, Purchasing, and Production teams to align quality efforts.
Your profile:

Educational Requirements: Successfully completed technical degree or technical training

Work Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position and environment. Expertise in testing hardware and complex embedded software, ideally in the product development context at a manufacturing company.

Tech Skills: Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable.

Language Skills: Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills.
