As Global Food Marketing Manager (f/m/x), you will develop and implement strategies and concepts for one of our fastest-growing areas. You will design effective programs across all touchpoints and be responsible for their success – from setup and rollout to reporting. In a small, diverse team, you will work hands-on and data-driven, increasing visibility and conversion in key markets and demonstrating your impact through KPIs. In short: You will strengthen the brand, generate demand, and accelerate deals – with a direct impact on sales and profits.
What you will achieve with us:

Market and target group understanding: You will analyze target groups, primarily in the food industry, personas, and the competition to derive effective communication strategies.

Campaign and Content Management: You will plan and manage integrated, cross-channel campaigns end-to-end – from concept, messaging, and channel mix to content creation, rollout, optimization, and success measurement – in close collaboration with product management, sales, and subject matter experts to measurably increase reach, engagement, conversion, and pipeline.

Lead Generation & Marketing Automation: You will design customer journeys in the marketing automation system (e.g., Eloqua) and ensure the continuous generation and qualification of high-quality leads.

Market Presence: You will increase our visibility across media, platforms, and events – with clearly measurable results.

Maximize Digital Impact: You will increase visibility, reach, lead generation, and conversion rates through data-driven campaigns and an optimized digital journey.

International Brand Excellence: You will ensure a consistent presence across all regions, manage the rollout of central headquarters campaigns, and network the national sales companies for scalable best practices.

Efficiency & Management: You manage agencies and internal interfaces, prioritize activities, and manage budgets and timing – hands-on, on-time, and brand-appropriate.

What should you bring along?
- Several years of international B2B marketing experience (preferably in the industrial/food sector)
- Success in campaign and content management – from concept to implementation and optimization
- Confident in digital marketing and data (e.g., marketing automation such as Eloqua, CRM like Salesforce)
- Experienced in collaborating with internal interfaces and agencies
- Structured, pragmatic approach with a focus on measurable results
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- University degree with focus on marketing, communications, or media studies or comparable qualification
