Your tasks
As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies, supervising the entire logistics operation, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods.
- Strategic Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement logistics plans which improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery, leveraging real-time data and planning tools to streamline end-to-end operations.
- Integrated Operations Management: Oversee core logistics functions—transportation, warehousing, and inventory—to ensure cost-effective and reliable operations. Implement proactive control measures to maintain smooth operational flow and mitigate disruptions.
- Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Utilize SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to uncover inefficiencies and target high-impact areas for supply chain improvements. Translate complex data into actionable insights, accelerating process optimization initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure aligned and agile supply chain practices in a collaborative environment.
- Performance Reporting & Communication: Prepare performance reports and executive-ready presentations, clearly communicating logistics KPIs and the impact of optimization initiatives.

Your profile
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven experience in logistics planning and process optimization within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. You should also need sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or R/3.
- Language Skills: Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills.
- Personal Attributes: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
